So you might be wondering what the difference is between a fat burner and an appetite suppressant. After that though, using an appetite suppressant or fat burner comes down to choice. Some people like using fat burners since they think they can eat more. If this is the case, then trust me, the fat burner will not work. A fat burner may get your body to burn an extra 100 calories a day. Eatings to compensate for the lost calories is the wrong mindset to have when dieting.
On the other hand, an appetite suppressant might be able to stop you from eating that cupcake, that clocks in a whopping 250 calories. For this reason alone, I would get with an appetite suppressant.
Do either of these products affect working out?
Both of these products can have an effect on your ability to workout. If you are taking a fat burner with stimulants in them, taking a pre-workout is a large risk that should be avoided. If you are taking an appetite suppressant, it’s best to not take pre-workout as well, since most of those have caffeine in them to decrease appetite.
Dangers Of Using These Supplements!
Both of these supplements can have serious consequences. Diet pills are only able to do so much, don’t expect miracles. If you take it for a while and don’t see results, don’t blame the pills, blame the diet. For heaven’s sake please don’t take more pills of any kind to get faster results. This WON’T result in better or faster results, and could end up with an ambulance ride!

Realistic expectations: When using either of these products, make sure to have a healthy diet with realistic goals. Too many people end up using a diet that is extremely unrealistic, like an 800 calorie a day diet. This is next to impossible to maintain and can lead to a failed diet. It’s easy to give up when you feel like you’re starving. Start with a 300-400 calorie deficit.
Drink lots of water: A glass of cold water can almost be considered one of the best appetite AND fat burner supplements available. The cold water makes your body use more energy to increase your internal temperature back to its normal self. On top of this, lots of cases of hunger pains can be attributed to thirst pains. When you get dehydrated, it’s easy to mistaken these two signals.
Sleep well: Sleeping for a proper length of time can lead to improved results. A good night’s sleep will leave you with more energy, as well as less time to eat every day. This is ALMOST like an appetite suppressant. You can’t eat if you’re sleeping. Refrain from eating late night snacks or midnight snacks.
